With Fractal Forge I build software from a model instead of line by line. It is the foundation of my custom work and of my own products such as Karibu CMS and Data Gateway.

What is Fractal Forge?

Fractal Forge is a model-driven development platform. Instead of building an application by hand, you capture how your business works: your data, your processes and who may do what. You do that in Fractal Studio, the visual environment where you build the model. From it, Fractal Forge generates APIs, admin interfaces and frontend components, in plain code that you own.

Karibu CMS

A headless CMS for multilingual websites. This website runs on it too.

Pages consist of sections you fill in yourself, with collections for a blog or cases, for example.

Draft first, then live

Everything starts as a draft. You publish when you want and earlier versions are kept.

Through MCP, AI can update pages and texts for you, with your own permissions.

Data Gateway (working title)

Connect any API to AI through MCP, without losing control of your data. The same works on individual CSV and Excel files.

Who owns the software?

You do. You get the full source code in common technology, Python and SvelteKit. Any developer can take it further.

Am I locked in to Fractal Forge?

No. The generated application runs on its own, without a license check. Only regenerating from the model uses Fractal Studio.

How soon will I see something?

Often a first demo on the same day. After that a delivery every week, so you can steer on what works.

Do you work with my own team?

Yes. As a fractional CTO I help with architecture decisions, code reviews and coaching, without joining full time.
